Service Description
Learn how to read signs, trail etiquette, what gear to bring and gain confidence! Typically a 2-3 mile trail based on experiece and interest. Local trails will be very flat and introductory. Upgrades will add elevation. Hiking pack and snowshoes can be rented. Price varies depending on location chosen by customer. Upgrade your snowshoeing adventure to a day trip to Mount Kineo which includes meet up and transportation to the park. Discounts per person can occur depending on group size.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Hikes may be rescheduled once without penalty. Hikes may be cancelled up to 1 week before the trip for a refund (minus deposit). Within 1 week, a 50% refund will be offered. Within 48 hours, a refund will only be offered if HC Maine Adventures LLC cancels the trip due to inclement weather (minus deposit; deposit can be used towards another similar adventure at another date or forfeited). All bookings that involve lodging are non-refundable. (Please consider travel insurance for these adventures.)
